What to Expect When You Visit
First Visit
Bring a photo ID and complete your paperwork ahead of time. Your provider reviews your history, looks at the areas you want treated and walks you through what a plan would involve.
Payment
We do not bill insurance. We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and HSA / FSA cards.

Where are your clinics?
We have two clinics in Indianapolis: Crosspoint, at 10475 Crosspoint Blvd #315, near 106th Street and I-69, and Meridian, at 8902 N Meridian St #100, near 89th Street and Meridian.
Are you in Fishers or Carmel?
Both clinics are in Indianapolis. Crosspoint, near 106th Street and I-69, is the closer one for Fishers and Geist. Meridian, at 89th Street and Meridian, is just south of Carmel.
Do you bill insurance?
No. Aesthetic treatments are cash-pay. We accept HSA and FSA cards and provide itemized receipts.
What should I bring to my first visit?
Photo ID and your completed paperwork, which is sent to you ahead of time.
Who performs the treatments?
Licensed medical professionals, under physician supervision.
How do I reschedule?
Call the clinic you are booked at. We waive reschedule fees with 24 or more hours of notice.
